Refund Policy for Frix Entertainment LLC

At Frix Entertainment LLC, we strive to provide clear and fair refund terms for our customers.
Event Tickets
- All ticket sales are final.
- If an event is rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled events.
- Refunds will only be issued if an event is fully canceled by Frix Entertainment LLC or the event venue and is not rescheduled.
- If an event is canceled without a rescheduled date, ticket holders will be notified by email and refunds will be processed automatically within 7–10 business days.
Merchandise
- Merchandise sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- To request a return or exchange, contact us at contact@frixmusic.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
Processing of Refunds
- All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
